Every Detail Has Been Accounted For

We live daily with all these little details mixed together. Sometimes we look around and we wonder... why? Why does God have me here? Why doesn't God have me there? Why did this happen? The whys start to take over our thoughts. We begin looking at the details of our lives and wonder why. But when we take a step back, we see that every detail is accounted for. Every hair upon your head, every valley in life, as well as every mountain you stand tall on, every rising sun, every step, every moment. It's all been accounted for. He has thought about and put together every detail of your life. Think about that. He knew you were going to be where you are right now before you were even created. He's called you into the place you're in and the places you will be. He's planned it out. Rest in that. I know life can feel hard. It can feel like you're so far from where you're "supposed" to be. But you're not. Because right where you are, right now, is where you're supposed to be. I mean sure, there may be a goal/dream/career that "you're supposed to be in" but you'll get there when it's time. Right now... God has you where He wants you. Think of how amazing that is. That God, the King of Kings has planned out EVERY SECOND of your life. That every detail has been accounted for, nothing has been left out, or forgotten. You're loved so much and thought of in so much depth that all that has happened, is happening, and will happen in your life, from the biggest milestones, to the tiniest steps, it's been accounted for. It's been thought about. And it's been so purposefully and intricately planned. You're not behind. You're not purposeless. You're accounted for. Every step you take, everywhere you go, everyone you know... it's been accounted for. What do I mean by that? I mean there's a purpose to it all. It's all been thought about and planned out. Every detail has been planned and has purpose. Plans, churches, friends, places, they'll all change. But all those changes have been accounted for. There's a reason you're working where you are, that those friends left, that you changed churches, it was planned all along. It may have come to a surprise to you, but oh, was it accounted for long before you could even think about it. Plans changing may come as a shock to you, but to God, the plans never changed. He knew that was the plan all along. He knew that change was coming. He knew how you were gonna react to that change. He knew you were going to be where you are before you were born. A surprise to you is organized design to Him. So when you look at your life again and wonder "why?" Remember. There's a reason. Remember, where you are is for a purpose. Remember, EVERY. DETAIL. HAS. BEEN. ACCOUNTED. FOR.

You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered! I can’t even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! And when I wake up, you are still with me!
